Analyze the main cause exsited in the teachers' evalution on class teaching of J college through investigating,collecting, comparing and concluding the questionnaire. Thus raise up the new train of thought on teachers' evalution on class teaching. Build up a more scientific and reasonable evalution mode and method and provide both parties with mirror and evidence to understand themselves, develop themselves and improve themselves. So as to promote the students' continuous development,motivate the teachers to make progress,improve the schools' curriculm management and to achieve the educational goal.This research subject studies the content of the private college teachers' class teaching evalution from the following three parts: (1) Further study the teachers' class teaching evalution of J college from it's aim ,main body,content ,method,result dealing with and so on; Analyze the problems existed in the evalution process. (2) Analyze the cause of the problems and find the solution through research so as to make contribution to the teachers' class teaching evalution of the private colleges. (3) Find the related method through research.The main aim of the teachers' class teaching evalution in J college is to maintain the normal operation of the school and to discriminate and select the teachers. This is too utilitarian. The college should consider the long-run development of the teachers;As for the main body of the teachers' evalution, the teachers who are teaching the subject and the class teachers should be included except the supervisors,leaders and students; As for the content of the evalution,the former content is comparatively comprehensive,but the the students' class management should be paid more attention to, because the quality of the private college students is comparatively low and it's hard to manage them;As for the method of the evalution,it should be differed according to different majors and different subjects.
