With the development of market-oriented economy system in our country, the significance of entrepreneurship to the development of social has been highlighted gradually. Meanwhile, the development of social economy requires more people who are venturing. Judging from the situation of economy development, the innovation and development of education, it is urgent to carry out enterprise education. Carrying out enterprise education, training the entrepreneurial person who has openning characteristics, are the key content to the quality-oriented education in university. It is a foresight countermeasure to foster high-quality laborers to adjust to the demand of new century.Basis on it, firstly, this paper reviewed the research on enterprise education at home and abroad; discussed the theory of enterprise education in Chinese colleges and Universities; summarized the development process of enterprise education.Secondly, this paper made a thorough investigation on the status of enterprise education in Jiangxi colleges and universities adopted the researeh methods including literature, questionnaire, interview and so on. At the same time, we made a comprehensive analysis on the problems and reasons of six factors, including the philosophy of enterprise education; teachers of enterprise education; curriculum system of enterprise education; models of enterprise education management; service system of enterprise education and external environment of enterprise education.Finally, this paper promoted some principles and measures on the enterprise education, including changing the educational philosophy and promoting entrepreneurship ; improving the training system and carrying forwarding the reform of the curriculum, highlighting cross-integration and optimizing the structure of teachers; innovating service system and promoting the constructure of the organization; strengthening the establishing of school spirit and creating a entrepreneurship atmosphere; following fine tradition and stressing regional characteristics; playing policy advantages and promoting all people to venture.
