Research On Enterprise Education's Present Situation And Its Countermeasures In Chinese Colleges And Universities

With the development of China's market-oriented economy system,the importance of the enterprise education on cultivating the high-quality students has been concerned gradually.Meanwhile,the development of social economy requires more innovative talents.According to the current economic development and educational reform and development in our country,the development of enterprise education in colleges and universities is helpful to advance the prosperity of the economy,release employment pressure,and promoting students overall development,which is the demand of time and the inevitavle trend of social development.This paper starts from the basic theory of enterprise education,analyzes the main problems of college enterprise education in China and the reasons,and studies deeply on the development,characteristics of American college enterprise education and it's enlightenment for ours,using methods such as documentary,comparison and induction.Base onthese works,countermeasures of college enterprise education in China are put forward in this paper. Enterprise education involves not only the lilot colleges and universities,but also the whole higher education field,and even the whole society.Centering on the development of our education,issues about college enterprise education are discussed,involving many aspects of enterprise education research.This paper consists of four parts:Chapter one summarizes the purpose and meaning of carrying out enterprise education in the university,reviews the research on enterprise education at home and abroad,and describes the methods and innovative points used during the research process.Chapter two discusses the theory of Chinese college enterprise education,analyzes the conception og enterprise education,discusses the relationship between enterprise education,employment education and specialized education,and then describes the structure system of enterprise education.Chapter three describes the development,characteristics of American college enterprise education and it's enlightenment for our enterprise education.Chapter four discusses the countermeasures to carry out college enterprise education in China from the following aspects:definite locatization of enterprise education in college,teaching reformation of enterprise education,teaching staff construction of enterprise education,internal and external cultural atmosphere construction of enterprise education,guarantee with social subsidiary system,etc.
