| In recent years,a large number of ordinary undergraduate institutions of higher learning and higher vocational colleges have launched the transformation and development centering on the reform of production-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation in technical skills training mode,and great progress has been made in deepening the reform of school-running system of production-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation in education.At the same time,under the influence of multiple factors such as the higher education system and mechanism,the supply side of talent cultivation and the demand side of industry cannot fully adapt to the quality and level.It still has a long way to perfect the collaborative education mechanism,strengthen the practical education platform,and improve the quality evaluation and assurance system.In this paper,total quality management,higher education evaluation,key performance indicator method are the theoretical guidance and multi-case analysis,analytic hierarchy process and Delphi method are also used synthetically in the research.We have established a set of evaluation index system covering 7 first-level indicators,22 second-level indicators and several main observation points for application-oriented university-enterprise cooperative education.This index system has been preliminarily applied in three undergraduate universities in Hunan province.The preliminary results show that the theoretical basis is sufficient,the evaluation index system is comprehensive,and the screening method is scientific.The purpose of evaluation turns from judging value to discovering and improving value,which has certain theoretical value and reference value.According to the test results of three undergraduate universities in Hunan province,due to the hierarchical,complex,dynamic nature of evaluation objects,the limitations of individual knowledge,and the gradual progress,the index system constructed also has unreasonable structure of research and development expert team,and the quality still needs to be improved.The weight distribution of each index is not very reasonable,and the key index is not prominent enough.All of the index system needs to be enhanced.Therefore,we propose to absorb more industry enterprises to participate in the training of the expert team,to increase the weight of cooperative education quality index,to personalize evaluation index system,and so on. |
