On Implementing Marxist Youth Training Project And Consolidating The Party's Administrative Foundation

Elite members of youth mass in the colleges and universities so cultivating a large number of university students to be young firm Marxists will be a good and true way to provide the most reliable guarantee of talents who can help us to meet a good many challenges and grasp the opportunities under the knowledge-based economic condition. The exploration of the Marxist youth training project has always been a major task for our Party, one indispensable for us to build up more new great projects.The administrative foundation is a fundamental condition and basic premise for the ruling party to hold and consolidate the administrative capability. It is comprehensively put forward in the 4th Plenum(Plenary Session) of the 16th CPC Central Committee that we should enhance the Party's administrative capability, and it is clearly pointed out the Party's theoretical construction besides the party's administrative foundation on which domestic scholars study and focus. However, till recently, the research of Marxist youth training project from the angle of consolidation of the party's administrative foundation, as well as its important role, has been rarely dealt with.In such research background, two of the important and pressing issues, cultivating young Marxists among university students and enhancing our Party's administrative capability, are closely connected together in this dissertation. On the one hand, the dissertation expatiates on the important role of cultivating young Marxists among the youth in the universities played on enhancing our Party's administrative capability in terms of the situation of the nation, the situation of the Party as well as the current situation of Marxist youth training project in the university. On the other hand, it finds out a realistic path to carry forward Marxist youth training project based on the current practice on the training of young Marxist.
