Research On The Current Situation And Measures Of Youth Marxists Training Project In Colleges And Universities

After the introduction of Marxist theory into China,under the guidance of Marxist theory,the older generation of Chinese Communists,represented by Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping,attached great importance to the cultivation of young Marxist.Since the beginning of the 21 st century,with the deepening of reform and opening up and the popularization of the Internet,countries in the world have closer ties,international relations are becoming more complex and changeable,and international struggles are becoming more sinister and fiercer.in order to ensure the sustainable development of the party's cause and constantly promote the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the Chinese Communists,represented by Jiang Zemin,Hu Jintao and Xi Jinping,stand at a new historical starting point.This paper expounds the extreme importance of cultivating young Marxism,and puts forward many new ideas,new viewpoints and new requirements for the cultivation and education of young people,especially for the cultivation of young Marxist in colleges and universities.To this end,on May 15,2007,the Central Committee of the League launched the "Young Marxists Training Project" in Beijing(hereinafter referred to as the "Young Marxists Training Project").The implementation of the "Youth Marxists Training Project" has made great efforts to train and bring up among the broad masses of young people a large number of Marxism armed with the latest achievements of the Sinicization of Marxism,with firm ideals and beliefs,related to the successors of the party's cause,to the prosperity of the country,and to the healthy growth of young people.Therefore,it is of great and far-reaching significance to carry out the "Youth Marxists Training Project" widely in the whole country,especially in colleges and universities.In the past ten years or so since the implementation of the " Young Marxists Training Project ",colleges and universities in various localities have continuously explored and innovated in theory and practice,and have achieved remarkable results,and have trained a large number o f young people with ideals,abilities,and responsibilities.At present,the training system and working pattern of "Young Marxists Training Project" are becoming more and more perfect;the training mode and organization form are constantly innovating;and the work train of thought and training content are constantly expanding.However,in the process of implementing the "Young Marxists Training Project",there are still some problems,such as insufficient guarantee of conditions and inadequate guidance and supervision;some colleges and universities do not pay enough attention to it and work in a formality;the way of training is single,the pertinence of practical training and foreign exchange is not strong;and the training process is lack of scientific evaluation,continuous training and so on.In order to further promote the "Young Marxists Training Project" and constantly improve the quality of the "Young Marxists Training Project" under the new situation,it is necessary to further strengthen the organization and leadership,establish and improve the working mechanism;increase investment and provide conditions to guarantee;enrich the training content and expand the training channels;improve the assessment mechanism,strengthen supervision and inspection,and establish a student tracking and training mechanism.Efforts should be made to improve the Marxist literacy of the students,and to train qualified socialist constructors and successors with "excellent politics and excellent business" for the progress and consolidation of the party's ruling position and modernization.
