Research On The Implementation Of "Youth Marxist Education Project" Of The Universities In Fujian

"Young Marxist Education Project" is the new platform and the new model ofcollege education to cultivate young Marxist. Its effective implementation is about thesuccess and failure of Chinese reform and openness. According to the relatedguidance of the Central Committee and Fujian Provincial Committee of theCommunist Young League, the universities in Fujian implement "Young MarxistEducation Project". By means of investigating "Young Marxist Education Project" inFujian universities, summarizing its effectiveness, analyzing its existing problems,and then basing on the status of Fujian Province and Universities and the rule ofundergraduate growing up, this essay builds the operation system of "Young MarxistEducation Project" in Fujian's universities. The content is divided into5parts topresentation as follows:Part1：analyses the current research of at home and abroad briefly, and then statethe theoretical bases of the research on "Young Marxist Education Project" inFujian's universities, which is Marx "all-round development of human being" theory,the Chinese characteristic socialism theory system, the documents about "YoungMarxist Education Project" formulated by the central and Fujian government, and therelated theory of ideological and political education. Then, Part1describes theinnovation of this essay: constructing a "Five One" operation system of "YoungMarxist Education Project" in Fujian's universities.Part2：explains the definition of "Young Marxist Education Project", analysesquality composition of young Marxist, the need of implementing college "YoungMarxist Education Project", and the implementing system of college "Young MarxistEducation Project".Part3：reviews the implementation process of Fujian college "Young MarxistEducation Project", summarizes the effectiveness of "Young Marxist Education Project" since its implementation from three aspects-theoretical attainment, practicalability, and Marxist identity, and then points out five existing shortage.Part4：analyses the basic principles of implementing the college "Young MarxistEducation Project" from three aspects-the combination of comprehensiveness andsystematicity, the combination of long term and period, the combination oforganizational cultivation and self education.Based on the existing problems, Part5raised the original "Five One" operationsystem of "Young Marxist Education Project" in Fujian universities: building atheoretical learning system combining theoretical training and independent study,building a participating system combining campus practice and social practice,building a support system combining organizational instruction and tertiaryconstruction, building extended fostering system combining school cultivation andfollowing cultivation, building optimizing assessment combining assessment anddynamic adjustment. This operation system supply theoretical support to promotingfurther development of "Young Marxist Education Project" in Fujian's universities.
