How to improve the entertainment in game is the objective that can promote new technology in Game Industry, and it plays a crucial role in pre-game market analyzing, draft planning, and executing. Game balance is one of the important issues in the game design. It has a direct impact on game development process and participation of the audience. The method of human computer interaction also affects the market value of the game. With the multi-modal Human-Computer Interaction, game design has been to improve the details of human-computer interaction. At the same time, analyzing the independent growth curve in Numerical Design can bring more flexibility to the games. On the other hand, we may find the Game Balance, Human-Computer Interaction and Numerical Design will directly affect the direction of the development and the logic of relations in the game. Each session have its own effect on the actual results. Everything shows that the importance of game design is this three.In this thesis, some new methods and practical approaches for Game Balance, Human-Computer Interaction, and Numerical Design are presented. Normal methods of game design are improved in order to increase the entertainment. The main contributions of the thesis including1. Brought out a strategy of setting the balance configuration freely in progressing or post-testing. Summing up the existing balance of the game theory, analyze the function of the factors. Put the balance settings differ from the past leading narrow theory of balance. The balance itself does not depend on the factors of the game, which can be expanded to adjust the balance form. Use the test results repair the mistakes in the design at the time in the details of adjustments latter. Reduce the pressure of the test and lower the post of game development.2. Study the application of the multi-modal human-computer interaction in game design. Research into the technology of human-computer interaction, we can find the key technology of interaction, turn up the actual results in game market. And as the algorithm of the game it has its own feasibility and advantages in the game design. Practical examples based on face detection in game design are presented in the thesis. Methods of how to apply face detection technology in actual game design and get the affection of the market are explained in detail.3. Presented a game numerical value setting algorithm of exponential equation growth curve combining with independent growth curve, which can get more flexible use of the game. The exponential equation is used in master getting system in order to develop hero growth curve individually with a slowing down growth rate. The changes of the growth curve have it own relations with the experience given from the master. There is a huge increase in flexibility of the figure in value calculation Shortcomings of could be avoided, and free choices for players are provided to control the processing of the game.The theory and methods of the game design in this thesis had been applied in the specific project, and it achieved good results and the experience of the game.
