| Balance ability is one of the basic qualities of human beings. It is an important ability to keep the body stable, keep the posture and maintain the balance in the daily life. In recent years, the academic development of teenagers has been paid more attention by the society, school and family while the sports abilities have been ignored,so the physical health state of young people gradually decreased. In order to alleviate and curb the occurrence of such phenomena, a number of documents have been issued by the relevant state departments requiring schools to attach importance to students’sports abilities. Balance ability plays an important role in people’s daily life. Most of the elderly to participate in balance training to prevent falling. Good balance ability is the key to ensure the normal life, otherwise, they may have a great risk of injuring and falling in action. From literature research, we know that the traditional balance training have some problems in the following three aspects: first, professional coaches are needed and necessary in training process in order to provide the feedback of training. Second, the feedback of training is provided by conclusion only after finishing training and the quality of training is difficult to quantify. Finally, the process of training is so boring that it’s hard for most of persons to keep on. With the development of somatosensory technology, it has gradually been applied to the training. However, many somatosensory games have been used as the tools of body training, which lacks pertinence and expansion.According to the above problems, this study combines the factors that affect balance ability together: visual, vestibular sensation, proprioception, muscle strength of these four aspects of the training program design. Training programs are aimed at training participants’ vestibular sensations, proprioception, and muscle strength, creating a stable and unstable training environment. This research is carried out by programming and realizes the training system of balance ability. Visual feedback information is provided in experiments to help participants adjust their movements. The system can monitor the training completion of the participants in real time, and feedback the training situation in real time, so that the participants can understand the training situation and insist on completing the training. In order to prove the feasibility of the balance ability training system based on the somatosensory technology, this study adopts the experimental method to verify. The participants’ static balance ability is ordinary. The training lasts for about Thirty minutes, three times a week, totally for six weeks. The experimental group is trained based on somatosensory interaction and the control group is trained traditionally. The experimental group and the control group before training and after the training data are compared with paired t test the result of which has significant difference, but the experimental group with the somatosensory equipment visual feedback is more conducive to the adjustment of the training action. The participants report that the training based on the interaction has stronger sense of immersion than the traditional training method which make them easy to insist on training. This research designs, develops and validates the training system of balance ability based on somatosensory interaction. It can record and provide feedback during training in real time. Training project design is reasonable and can achieve the same effect as the conventional training, but it provides better training experience. In this study, balanced ability training is carried out from professional institutions and its application will generalize from communities, schools, families to a larger population. |
