Abstract Gratitude as an ethic theory and behavior regulation has existed in any society from of old.Gratitude is also the basis of other human characters.In psychology,Gratitude is a cognize-emotion state, it comes from cognize process of benefit affairs.In recent years university students' gratitude sense has been becoming a hot social spot and important content of education.This research intends to know the gratitude status quo of university students.Quest for what are the influence factors of Gratitude cognize. And what are the differences between university students in different level.This research based on the achievements of other investigators,and combine with the results of open-ended questionnaire,compiled the university students' gratitude influence factors of cognize questionnaire,and send out it to university students comes from 5 universities,then use relevant Statistical method to analyze the data. Based on results of these questionnaires the conclusions are as flows:Fist of all,the total gratitude status quo of university students is good.and there is a distinctly different between boys ad girls,that is girls' status are higher than boys.except sexual difference, otherwise there are no difference between the only child in their families and children born with siblings,students from different grades,students major different department and so on.The validity and reliability test showed that the questionnaire has high internal consistency reliability,split-half reliability,content validity,construct validity,and criterion validity.the university students' gratitude influence factors of cognize are included 4 factors:internal motivation,helpful result,behavior process and good intent.The high level group thinks the behavior process is more important than the low level group thinks,and on the other hand the low level group thinks the helpful result is more important than the high level group thinks.
