Teachers' teaching behaviour has a great effect to the students in the primary and middle school and has aroused a general concern, as a result, the dominance evaluation that teachers give to students have come into peoples' vision. However, there are still some parts of recessiveness evaluation from the teachers that have not gone into the professional researchers' vision. Throughout the study of the classroom observation and some class evaluation, it is believed that teachers have an all-round effect to the students. Besides written and language forms , there are still some written evaluation that leaded to a different evaluation results. It is said that there is recessiveness evaluation and the probe from us have a great practical and theoretical significance.Based on the class observation and interviews between teachers and students. This paper has described some recessiveness. It is believed that the dominance behaviour from the teachers, such as language, bodylanguage and action etc, has formed some different values, but these results have been an unexpected behaviour. as we all know, every coin has two sides, so does the recessiveness evaluation. However, some questions have appeared when the teachers have not drawn their attention to these questions.It is said that the teachers should improve their teaching behaviour, know about students' cultures and hobbies and fill in the generation gaps between teachers and students in order to develop teachers' recessiveness evaluation to the students. Besides, teachers should try to understand students and pay more attentions to their teaching behaviours that have a great effect on the students. On in this way, are teachers' display the same as students' emotions, or else, there are some unfriendly and misunderstanding attitude that teachers have brought to the students. Apart from above, teachers should strengthen their teaching craft , break through the old teaching method and try to pass their lovings to the students that students would feel it. this is some advice put forward for the teaching in class by this paper.
