A Research Of Problems About Constructing A Humanities-oriented Care System To Poor Students In College

The report of the 17th CPC National Congress pointed out that we should enforce and improve the political work, emphasize humanities-oriented care and psychological approach, to deal with the interpersonal relationship in a correct way. Humanity-oriented care is the care for the young students by our Central Committee of CPC, the responsibility of the educators, the requirement of the development and improvement of the times, the application in the education caused by the core value of socialism system. As a special group of the young students, the poor students have always been the great concern of both government and all social sectors, they show their care specifically in the economic assistance, ideological education, academic guidance, capacity-building, career planning, etc, with the ultimate aim to achieve their sustainable, good and fast development.Adopting the way of literature, investigation, systematic analysis, this research systematically studies the problem of the poor student in college as an important issue of the all-round and sustainable development of human, and harmonious development of society, on the basis of systematic policies and practical approach. We are trying to start from the perspective of fostering the comprehensive ability of the poor students, improving the competitiveness of society, and building a harmonious society, in order to explore a humanity-oriented care system for the poor student by government, college and society to help the poor student finish their studies and realize their future development, which associate with and affect each other.The paper firstly introduces the research background, research situation and research meaning of this proposition, then put forword the necessity and urgency of constructing a humanity-oriented care system to poor students in college by expounding the basic meaning and theory basis of this system, on the basis of our social real situation, this paper gives the content, the whole frame, operation mechanism and the approaches of realization of this system. Finally, to make a research prospect and summary of this paper, I hope the research of this paper can make some contribution and offer some positive guidance to the research of poor studens in college.
