Since entering into the 21st century, information technology has become the most dynamic, fastest growing, most wide-ranging areas of science and technology. Today, it is not only an aid in the instruction , information technology is becoming a tool in which student cognitive, inquiry knowledge and problem-solving. Google tool is a high utilization learning tool of the network environment. The paper through the issuance of the status of university students using the Google tool questionnaire and found that students in the use of information technology tools to learn some problems existing at the time .In view of these problems, I do the following researches in this article: Considering learning tools as study objects, one hand, I help university students and teachers build a "scaffolding", provide a e-learning "platform" in e-learning and come across the obstacles of "learning Google tools, Google tools used to study" ; On the other hand, in the perspective of learning tools, combined with the google tool for education applications, I analyze and state that Google learning tools is conductive to change the way that students learn, and promote the development of higher-order thinking skills. The full text is divided into six chapters:Chapter One Introduction. On the basis of analyzing the development of the times,the status of the current education and the development of the academic ,it put forward to the research questions ,describe the significance of the research and research methods.Chapter Two Literature review, the theoretical basis and relevant concept. Encircling research questions, it analyzed the current research conditions of relevant learning tool home and abroad, university student learning method and higher order thinking skill, describe the theory basis and define the relevant concept.Chapter Three The investigation of the current implication condition of Google. Based on the subject of Jiangxi Normal University, it made a questionnaire and interview investigation about university students'learning method and the problems existing in the using of tool Google, and analyze the results of the investigation.Chapter Four The implication strategy of tool Google in college students'learning. Aiming at the problems arising in the investigation, the thesis put forward the strategy of implicating tool Google in learning through experiencing in person the implication of Google in learning.Chapter Five The actual example education research of Google tool combination. Through analysis the actual implication example of tool Google in teaching, it expounded that Google benefited for stimulating the revolution of university students'learning method, stimulating the development of university students'higher order thinking skill. Chapter Six Conclusion. It concluded the results of this research and the shortcoming of the research.
