| Non-intellectual factors is at work in activity, regulation, direction, control and so on of students'psychology.In the process of change"examination-oriented education" to "quality education", a growing number of researchers found that non-intellectual factors play an important role in learning. In high school, the drastic changes of students'psychology become a major factor that can decide score .Non-intelligence factors do a good job in promoting the development of students'intellect. The best way to cultivate and develop the students'intellectual or non-intellectual factors is to combine impart knowledge and develop intelligence as well as cultivate non-intelligence.Biologic curriculum is an important curriculum in high school, but also a practical curriculum. In the field of contemporary science and technology, the development of biological science and technology is particularly important,make extensive and far-reaching impact. In order to adapt the development of time, "The Standard Of General Biologic Curriculum " makes more emphasis that the learning is a process that full of active construction of knowledge, development of capacity, the formation of right attitudes and values of the emotion. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to cultivating the non-intellectual factors during the biologic teaching. It has become the key issues in the current curriculum reform that cultivate students'non-intelligence factors in order to enhance effect in teaching and learning [1].This topic combines quantitative research with qualitative research .We make investigation in Grade Two of Bishan Middle School. On this basis, in the view of characteristics of high school biology disciplines, as well as the actual situation of high school students, focusing on making measures to cultivate motives, interests, attitudes and study habits .In order to test the rationality and feasibility of project, we make experimental verification from early September 2008 to November 2008 in Bishan Middle School.The results showed that:1.Students are generally strongly interested in biology, but they didn't pay enough attention. 2. Students are provided with low willpower, maybe it is due to that their family often have one child. 3. The motives of students'study biology is to "cope with exam". 4. The anxiety of students was generally not high, this is a good thing, but it also found that some students learning anxiety is too low, this is not conducive to learn. 5. After the implementation of the strategy in the experimental classes, we found that the students have been improved witch confirme the strategy is effective. It also showed that it is effective to cultivate non-intelligence factors in high school, and it ultimately is able to improvev learning and teaching. |
