| With the swift development of science and technology ,the arrival of social informationization and economic globalization,the society put forward higher demand to talent quality in the future.It regards students abilitys training and bringing up comprehensive talents with initiative spirit as the common understanding of every countries demand of talents in the new century .This is also a development trend of an international educational reform. How to train more talents,especially to develop teenager's intelligence is a problem which is widely concerned about and continuously investigated by the educational departments of all countries.At the same time of carrying on the training of intelligence and the developmend of ability, The role of non-intellgence factor has received as much attention as that of intellgence does in only study.It is the purpose of this article to discuss the role of non-intellgence in the study of chemistry and the training stategiers through the practice of reform in the chemistry teaching for the junior high school.The research work has been carried out form the following two aspects(1)start system including demand ,tnterest and motive;(2)maintenance system,including feedings(emotion),will.This thesis defines the definition of non-intellgence, the contents and the structures of non-intellgence factors, interest, motive, maintenance.By regarding quality-oriented education and students as the subjects,also regarding pedagogy ,psychology,the theory of ability training as the theoretical foundation ,the author,combining his teaching experiences has proposed two teaching tactics in the non-intellgence study:â… start system,s teaching tactics( including demand, interest and motive)â…¡maintence system,s teaching tactics(including feedings,emotion,will); And put forward"aim,emotion,participation and creation"the teaching mode of chemistry in the process of implementing strstegies.The author,with the above tactics,evaluates the effect of test teaching in eight months by adopting the methods of observation and questionnaire investigation.It indicates that the students of testing class are more enthusiastic and active than the students of ordinary class. They have strong consciousness in the independent study and raise doubts and difficult questions for discussion,demonstrating some depth while pondering over questions,They can control one's own study course and can propose some valuable questions effectively in the course of study.And they also try their best to solve the problems. The students will make obvious on studying will and quality and do better in expressing their teelings freely. |
