Exploring The Teachers Quality From The Perspective Of Life Education

Education is a career to view life and improve life. It is trying to create a harmonious world with truth,good and beauty. It is also trying to put life into this world. Teachers should are the protector and guide in students long life journey. Today, the utilitarian education, the tool education, the humanistic spirit deficiency and the teachers pass on knowledge in a single way. In this process, teachers who supposed to make students have a harmony and meaningful life, instead make students'life incomplete and meaningless. Therefore, we strongly call for teacher's life consciousness, hoping that teachers could reflect the existence of their self-status and pay attention to student's life world. So the teacher can not only be a career but also a better way for life existence.My paper research the teacher quality in four aspects from the perspective of life education:First, I am trying to define life implication through the research of life idea in domestic and foreign traditional philosophy, also an original inquiry of life education to mention the implication of life education.Second, looking back on teacher life education quality in Chinese education, I intend to talk about teacher quality in life education.Third, indicate the objective truth that teachers ignore life in education activities and analyze the reason.Fourth, I am going to explore how to improve teacher life education quality on the basis of successful experience of life education.Life is not only a beautiful existence but a forever development, so life education appeared and developed. Therefore, the teachers need to grow concerned about the lives of students. In this paper, appreciating the natural life is the basic quality of the life education teachers from the perspective of the education,achieving the value of human life is the character quality of the life education teachers from the perspective of the education,enriching the wisdom life is the professional quality of the life education teachers from the perspective of the education. On the successful experiences, established a institution to guide the life education; to manage the school in a normal human feelings; to cultivate the life education teachers; broadening the teachers concern pots; enriching the teachers internal knowledge; to regulate the actions of teachers,to improve the teachers quality; to strengthen the humanist education. So that, to improve the quality of teacher education in the life concept.
