Since the 20th century in the late 1980s , the problem of employment difficulties for female college students caused widespread concern in the society. It is a fundamental way to implement human capital, reclaim the educational investment and increase its income that female students could obtain employment normally. The employment difficulties of female college students are compared to that of the male counterparts in the same grade or class in the fixed period. It is analyzed in five aspects such as employment process and employment result in this article, which pointed out that solving it reasonably is good for the continuous development in the society and economy and has the huge stimulation for country development, which also improves the work efficiency and the affirmation of high education and fulfills the female college students'value. The way to resolve this problem is to find out the reasons, which are like the wrong cognitions because of the traditional concept, the distempered ness of relevant laws and regulations, the disjoint between human resource and market requirement, the physiological causes of female college students exaggerated by employers, self-contempt and high expectation. It should be fixed out in several aspects .At first, it is to understand the difference between male and female right that the wrong cognition of traditional gender conception should be wiped off. In the second place, the government should consummate the relevant regulation, system and mechanism. In the third place, the employers should change the employment conception to take the social responsibility. In the fourth place, educational organization should develop and implement training objectives and training program closely associated with the market. Finally, female college students should be proactive and give full play to their initiative to solve the employment problem.
