This paper based on the sociological perspective on curriculum reform of teachers ' resistance behavior analysis study.Education is a social system is a subsystem of the school is the main battleground of the curriculum reform,teachers are the main force in the reform,therefore,it is necessary based on teachers ' resistance to conduct research in sociological perspective.Specific research includes the following three components:First,the discourse right and education resources supply and demand policy contradiction between the influence of teachers' participation in curriculum reform.Education and reform are not independently,free from the whole society and want to reform,it is affected by the current political,economic,cultural,and social factors.The process of the new curriculum reform is not only restricted by itself the education system also hampered the whole social system.The education reform,change itself also need to get the support of other social subsystems,only between education system and other social subsystems properly,education reform can smoothly carry out,as the implementation of education reform Teachers can become more competent in promoting the reform process,so it causes two aspects of contradiction between discourse right and education policy formulation from the resource supply and demand analysis of the teachers' participation in curriculum reform reform is insufficient.Second,the hierarchical school management mode restricts teacher participation in curriculum reform.Education has been implemented in school activities rely on a special social organization,the purpose of the basic education curriculum reform is ultimately to the effective implementation in primary school.The most direct and most important relationship with teachers' work and life of the organization is the school,the school on Teachers' enthusiasm and initiative management can directly or indirectly affect the work,but also teachers' occupation to meet the main influence factors of the pursuit,therefore,analysis of factors affecting teachers' participation in curriculum reform from the specific structure of school management mode and its limitations.Third,teacher groups and interpersonal relationship in their participation in curriculum reform.Teachers' education is the key to teaching action,is the main force of the new curriculum reform smoothly,teachers' resistance to curriculum reform,in the final analysis is the teacher's personal behavior,therefore,from the teacher's role in disorder,specific reasons in the curriculum reform of teachers lack of participation the high load work and interpersonal relationship in three aspects.
