| With the social development, people give more and more attention to the issue of health. School education as the most important basement of promoting health plays an extremely important role in the process of health education. The CPC Central Committee and State Council "on the deepening education reform and promoting quality education in a comprehensive decision" that School education should firstly establish the guiding ideology of the health. The purpose of school education and the task have been made a corresponding adjustment to deepen the understanding of modern concepts of health. Sports and health are linked closely, to some extent, sports can improve human health. The basis of physical education curriculum reform in physical education from teaching knowledge to enhance health education, physical education in primary and secondary schools changes the name from the original "physical education activity classes, training courses" and so on to "Sports and Fitness, Sports and Health". Secondary physical education teachers teach the corresponding role of the ensuing changes in the objective requirements of physical education. Teachers not only teach technique, but also follow the "Health First" concept, combining the characteristics of physical education curriculum to strengthen the sport and the integration of health education, which will make the primary and secondary school sports teaching more difficult. Because the teachers in primary and secondary schools system lack of systematical theory education of sports and health education courses in pre-service learning, it is very difficult to achieve in sports and health education integration in teaching and learning process. Therefore, reflecting on the difficulties of high school physical education has been compared to developing a "machine" of the college physical education courses in health education professional will have great significance.In this study, the research has been based on the use of literature review, questionnaire, logic analysis, and mathematical statistics, on-line searching combining health education and sports science together. Theories in sports health education are the theoretical support of this article. Through the first-hand health education experiences of Shanghai Institute of Physical Education, East China Normal University, Shanghai Normal University, the 3 Colleges of Physical Education undergraduate, to summarize the problems existed in the teaching of physical education. The specific details include: To solve these problems the thesis make the following recommendations: updating concepts of education; adjusting the course structure; broadening the professional caliber; learning from abroad experience; strengthening of school physical education building; improving sports and health education awareness and creating a complex of qualified physical education teachers. |
