Work is an extremely important component of modern social life, it has a more comprehensive impact on the life of each person. The quality of working life is a concept closely related to the job that appears in the 20th century 60's in the West. At present, the quality of working life has become an important content of human resource management. School management and construction is similar to that of businesses. Its development mainly depends on the initiative of each staff. Research has found that the improvement and development of teacher's quality of working life is one of the hallmarks of teacher development and management performance. It has very important significances in stabilize teaching force; enhance teacher's ownership; strengthen the capacity of teachers' self-control and sense of responsibility; improve the level of teaching and research and cultivate cross-century talents. On the basis of comprehensive analysis of those relevant researches and literatures, I made a questionnaire of the quality of primary school teacher's working life, combined with interviews to collect the evaluating indicators of the quality of teacher's working life, and then use factor analysis to determine the evaluating indicators and to give the indicator rights, and after several revises and improvements, eventually it forms a perfect evaluating indicators system of the quality of primary school teacher's working life.There are four parts in the paper:(1) The first part is introduction. It is given to the purposes, study procedure and study means of the paper on discuss of the quality of teacher's working life and its evaluation.(2) The second part is theory. The study about the quality of working life is explained, including its origin, connotation and evaluation. The idea and accordance of evaluating indicators system are given. (3) The third part is demonstration. Firstly, the study plan is made according to basic principal and idea of evaluating indicators system. The evaluating indicators are collected after material from reference text. Secondly, the "inquiry questionnaire for evaluating the quality of primary school teacher's working life" is made according to the collected evaluating indicators. Thirdly, the questionnaire is called back and the data is processed by the factor analysis method. Then the key indicators are reclassifled. The indicators are modified by the suggestion of expert also. So the evaluating indicators are confirmed. The weight of the indicators is made by factor analysis. At last, the "chat syllabus" based on the analyses result is made. Chat is made with 6 experts who major in education management in Shanghai. The result shows that the evaluating is scientific and feasible.(4) The last part is conclusion and expectation. It is given those conclusions in the paper and the questions to be studied in the future. |
