| The basic task of teaching geography is to teach students the phenomenon of natural phenomena and socio-economic structure, inter-linkages, distribution space, as well as the relationship between people and place knowledge , using maps in geography teaching can help us better accomplish this task. Geographical maps as the transmission of information to express the content of it is quite rich. Any phenomenon with the spatial distribution can be shown through the map, which determines the breadth and irreplaceability in applying maps in geography teaching .In this paper, its purpose is to research geographic graphics from a junior school geography teaching in the geographical position and role of geographical teaching, current situation of studying geographical maps , the basic principle on the design of the geographical maps, the practical research of geographic graphics , designed map goals, processes, forms and case studies , maps, evaluation of operational tests and so on, according to my teaching experiences for a more systematic study .Puts toward the the basic forms of map homework designed in junior high school, such as direct-reading, analysis schema, drawing style, integrated and so on.. Its aim is that teaching geography in junior school become more full and efficient. It plays an important role in training students who are interested in geography, geography exam scores of students, improving practical skills in geography and geographic operational quality, and thus to improve the effectiveness of geography teaching in junior schools .finally, It improve the overall quality of students. |
