Teachers'professional moralities are always the focus of educational area and the society. With the fast development of the economic society, there are so many cases of professional moralities anomie that people have a bad impression of teachers. It also makes a terrible effect on students'bodies and minds. So teachers'professional moralities anomie is becoming a common social problem gradually. Nowadays, the studies on teachers'professional moralities anomie are in the view of sociology and ethnics, but there are few studies in the view of teachers'own mentality. In author'opinion, teachers'professional moralities anomie is the refraction of teachers'mentality problem. So it's important to study the mental reason of teachers'professional moralities anomie.This thesis is on the basis of the predecessor's study to investigate. In order to improve teachers'professional moralities, the author tries to analyze the reasons of teachers'professional moralities anomie more clearly and tries to give the idiographic countermeasure.The author divides the thesis into four parts. The first part is introduction, including how to put forward the issue, the theoretic significance of the issue, the practicing significance of the issue, the total expatiation of the core conception; The second part is the summarization of the literatures, including the producing and the development of teachers'professional moralities, the criterion of teachers'professional moralities, the correlative investigation in China and Foreign countries; The third part is analyzing the mental reasons of teachers'professional moralities anomie. The last part is the idiographic countermeasure of teachers'professional moralities anomie.The conclusion of this investigation: teachers'professional moralities anomie is becoming gradually a common social problem. Teachers already have bad behaviors which effect students'bodies and minds in"Teaching by laws","cherish posts and devote wholeheartedly to work","love students","an exact scholar","depend on each other","respect parents","uncorrupted teaching"and"Role Models". And it already baffles student's healthy growing-up. And most reasons of the issue are due to teachers'psychological stress. Such as peeve, loneliness, inhibition, etc.The innovation of this investigation: Firstly, according the demand of teachers'professional moralities by society, the author analyzes the reasons of teachers'professional moralities anomie over again. Next, the author tries to make an in-depth study of teachers'professional moralities anomie. At last, the author tries to give the idiographic countermeasure according actuality.
