Teacher's practical knowledge is formed in teaching practice by themselves, closely connected with teaching circumstance and flexibly applied at any time in teaching practice, it can be continuously enriched and developed in practice. The teacher's practical knowledge is constructed by themselves in a unique way and it has special knowledge form, at the aspect of classroom teaching, the change for teaching behavior need the support of practical knowledge, therefore, the importance of teacher's practical knowledge in the education teaching and teacher professional development is suddenly revealed day by day. This article is applied the method of narrative research and investigation research to inspect and understand practical knowledge of elementary school mathematical teacher from the aspect of discipline.There are five chapters of this article in total:Chapter I, it is mainly raised the problems researched to select the methods of literature, narrative research and investigation research in view of the problems researched; and this chapter simply describes the basic problems and research process this article involved.Chapter II, it is generally introduced the domestic and overseas research situation on practical knowledge of teachers to reveal connotation and features of practical knowledge of teachers, and arrange and analyze the research on the orientation of practical knowledge of elementary school mathematics teacher.Chapter III, it is inspected the mode of practical knowledge of elementary school mathematics teacher and analyzed the mode of practical knowledge of elementary school mathematics teacher through narrating an excellent elementary school mathematics teacher.Chapter IV, it is investigated the approaches obtaining practical knowledge of elementary school mathematics teacher and way of teaching and researching that is benefit for rich practical knowledge of teacher. And this chapter uses methods of qualitative and quantitative research to make documents analysis and data processing, finally draws a conclusion.Chapter V, it is summed up the researching conclusion of this article and put forward some suggestions and problems to be considered.
