Practice indicate,as a knowledge foundation of teacher's knowledge,teacher's practical knowledge act an irreplaceable character in teacher's routine duties.Similarly,P.E teacher's knowledge has more decisive influence on teaching behavior. More over,compact to teacher's practical knowledge,P.E teacher's practical knowledge has more uncommon value.We can hardly found some theoretical material about this domain.So it is in need of more study on P.E teacher's practical knowledge.By studying the theoretical demand of basketball teacher's practical knowledge and the current situation of basketball teachers,we can conclude that basketball teacher's practical knowledge is not only really believed in their mind,but also applied in P.E teaching behavior.Basketball teacher's practical knowledge contains educational conviction,interpersonal knowledge,situational knowledge,strategic knowledge, self-knowledge,critical reflection knowledge,and so on.The practical knowledge level of basketball teachers in Beijing high school almost accord with theoretical demand, competent for basketball teaching and training.But there are still some deficiencies in educational conviction,interpersonal knowledge,situational knowledge and strategic knowledge.We should pay more attention on the importance of teacher's practical knowledge in following P.E teacher training. |
