Purpose: Evaluation of modern education is a basic principle in the overall evaluation of objects, all-encompassing, dynamic evaluation, not just one or only the results of the evaluation. Based on the theory of education, sports are means of evaluation rather than evaluation purposes, the basic functions of feedback and incentives are aimed at improving the quality of teaching so that all students have access to the progress of the study. In practice, the traditional college aerobic curriculum evaluation is treated as the general purpose of the evaluation, just paying attention to the student's technical achievement and physical improvement at school, while ignoring students to engage in lifelong physical activity habits and the sense of innovation as well as social interaction, practice ability.Therefore, in order to promote all-round development of students, the evaluation on students selected aerobics curriculum give rise to a new, higher demands, which transfer terminating evaluation to the formative evaluation with a combination of terminating evaluation direction, set up the development of the curriculum evaluation system.Methods: By using the methods of questionnaire survey, experiment, and statistics, this paper is going to analyze the base of this theory, the positive effects on encouraging the comprehensive development of students.Results: The Analysis on Experimental Research Presents these as follow:1. Preliminarily, the aerobics class development model of teaching evaluation and practical application is built in the traditional evaluation model, concluded evaluation and formative evaluation is combined, and the combinations of collective and individual evaluation as well as the evaluation of quality and quantity are comprehensively and fairly applied to evaluating students` aerobic skills, physical fitness and daily performance.2.To evaluate aerobics skill with the form of squad as unit and the examination on the individual creative aerobics style can stimulate students'sense of innovation and to develop students self-study and co-operation capability ,even have a positive effect on improving students'aerobic skill.3. Combined with formative evaluation and terminating evaluation each other during assessing student's physical status the form with personal parameter is made individually. This evaluates the students'progress with encouragement enhancing the equality of evaluation.4. Developing teaching takes method of combination with teacher, squad, individual to evaluate the students'daily performance and be trust fully the students and make them evaluate among each other even self evaluation which improve self education and development.
