Project Management And Command For The Digital Networking On-campus Broadcasting System Construction At OUC

Ever since the birth of the on-campus broadcasting, it's been playing a role of major mass media in the university institutions. As a versatile and economical way of transmitting information, the on-campus broadcasting program contents have characteristics such as timely, flexible, high information capacity, more coverage and so on. As a result, it naturally becomes first choice for universities to transmit information and publicize education. Its vast impact is irreplaceable by any other publicizing format. However, with the development of information technology and the faster pace of universities'IT construction, presently the commonly used original broadcasting system by universities can no longer satisfy the need of modern education, and severely confines the development of on-campus broadcasting and school campus-intelligentizing procedure. Under this circumstance, it has become a necessary choice for construction of domestic university campus broadcasting system to use digital audio processing technology, computer network technology and other advanced technologies to build a set of advanced, secure, stable, economical, expandable on-campus broadcasting system.This thesis expatiates on the basic progress of the on-campus broadcasting system and construction necessity at the Ocean University of China (OUC), and introduces the program characteristics, program functions and the options of the on-campus broadcasting system building schemes. The author combines her knowledge and working experience, aimed at the characteristics of on-campus broadcasting system construction program, based on the system engineering basic principle as guidance, uses engineering project management method and the management theory, method and tools in modern project management studies to implement systematic, overall guidance and command for the digital networking on-campus broadcasting system construction at OUC. The author also presents research and integrated discussions for the contents of management and command of the digital networking on-campus broadcasting system construction, and strives to build a set of scientific, high-efficient project management and commanding system for the digitized networking on-campus broadcasting system construction. It aims to provide some inspiration to the management idea and practice of similar programs of on-campus broadcasting system construction.There are seven chapters in this paper:Chapter1: The research background and significance, purpose and methods, as well as primary innovation spots are expatiated on.Chapter2: Correlation theories and concepts of the engineering project management are introduced.Chapter3: The necessity of building the on-campus broadcasting system in OUC is elaborated by introducing the status quo of on-campus broadcasting system in OUC and analyzing the defects of existing broadcasting system.Chapter4: Through the introduction about the schedule which belongs to the project function ,characteristics and construction of the digital networking on-campus broadcasting system, the overview of digital networking on-campus broadcasting system construction project is expounded.Chapter5: The optimal choice about the digital networking on-campus broadcasting system scheme is studied by comparing the broadcasting controlling system schemes with broadcasting transmitting system schemes.Chapter6: Combined with the characteristics of on-campus broadcasting system construction, the contents of management and command of the digital networking on-campus broadcasting system construction are studied and discussed.Chapter7: The implementation of project management and command for the digital networking on-campus broadcasting system construction at OUC is discussed and by combining the system engineering basic principle.
