Salvation education as an important ideological and social thought is a pioneer in modern Chinese characters in exploring the process of salvaging the country the truth in times of social contradictions and challenges of the history of the product of a positive response,which in modern Chinese history have been far-reaching consequences.As the Qing Dynasty's "gateway"by Western ships and armament of the broken,the Chinese people realized that "through science and education,"proposed Lin Ze Xu and Wei Yuan,such as the first "teacher skills razed to the system" strategy,concerning about the situation and the world tide.Thus special was paid attention to human resources and education,the Qing government sent students to overseas "Tao bao" and adopted other means to save the precarious status of the rule.Through wave after wave of"to carn from the Western intellectuals",the continued introduction and spread of Western culture gradually brought in science and technology into China,having a profound impact on the majority of the intellectuals,as well as on the young Chen.Chen mission of education,every day for four decades,difficult environment in education,is very rare.Although he had very little written material left behind,which to us,thinking of his education more difficult,but I left him a small amount of text,and alumni memories from his life of educational practice,it is easy to see that he has rich educational thought,as he outlined the ideal of society,awareness of social entities and analysis of education in social development,such as the status and role,there has been a deep understanding.Through reading materials,we can see he has very little written material left behind,which to us,his ideas can not be left to make up for shortcomings, but also to our research more difficult,but we left him a small amount of text,and alumni memories from his life of social practice,a careful analysis,careful grooming,it is easy to see he has a wealth of social education of thought,as he outlined the ideal of society, awareness of social entities and analysis of education the status and role in areas such as deep understanding of both.Taking an overview of the historical data available,I believe salvation Chen ideological education is mainly embodied in two aspects:First,political quality - the patriotic spirit;Second,and cultural qualities - education for all without discrimination. He means to find salvation,go east to Japan,hard science and cultural knowledge, analyze the reasons for Japan's prosperity and development,planning the development of education,save the nation strong and the people of the road,deep in his period of national crisis,fully aware that education is the development of their wisdom,and to raise the importance of quality.China university is in the process,his running ideas from several areas to be reflected:first,the education philosophy - Schooling Training for the China;Secondly,the learning goals - follow the example of Keio University and Waseda University;article Third,education standards - improve the quality of education and overall quality of students;Fourth,to serve the community - actively carry out civilian education and vocational education;Fifth,the eight-character school motto - into Germany,and up to build,an independent,progressive.In the long course of historical development,Chen may have been gradually forgotten,and even the day after being criticized,but he destroyed home,vowed to foster in the community of higher education for talented people to work hard experience and the development of the China University of difficulties and setbacks course,prove that he is the pioneer of China's private higher education,successful practice and patriotism,the history of private higher education in China has established an important position,at the same time course of development of the China University of modern higher education also to the profound revelation.
