Research On IURCE Cultivating High Level And Innovative Talents

With the high-tech era approaching,China is longing for many high-level innovative talents.As an education model combined the theoretical study with practical activity to enhance the students' integrated ability,consisted with the inherent laws of education development, Industry-University-Research Cooperative Education(IURCE) has made great contributed to China's personnel training,which has been aroused widespread concern in our society.The implementation of IURCE,is not only the current deepening education reform and the promotion of education in the inevitable trend of development,but also China's higher education reform and universities of the urgent need for self-development,as well as the inevitable selection of our economy's sustained,steady and long-term growth.To actively exploring IURCE under the current situation,it is very important for us to train high-level innovative talents.This dissertation tries to find the difficulty that IURCE is further expanded all over the country and to raise the policy to further consummate this mode by studying the theories of the cooperative education system,combining with the experiences of the College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering,Hunan Normal University.This dissertation is assisted by "The Empirical Research on Hunan Industry-University-Research Alliance Cultivating High Level and Innovative Talents"——the major research item of the National Education Science 'the eleventh five' plan.The dissertation includes the following four parts:NO.1,Carry out a brief introduction to the background,the significance,and the method of the study;The boundary fixes the core concept;sum up the study tendency education which product grinds the study working together at home and abroad.NO.2,I will analyze and study the current situation of the cooperative education,and comment on the typical model of it in China.NO.3,Survey this education model which is carried out course in the College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Hunan Normal University.I will study the following six aspects:the way to enrolling new students,director's cultivation,train process,building of the course,study of science and technology,the writing of thesis.I hope discover its achievement and deficiency,and I will try to expound enlightenment which gains from it and on basis of theory studies.NO.4,I will try to discover the difficulty IURCE being confronted with,and put forward the further perfect countermeasure.
