Objective:Through discussing the influence of exercise and food restriction on blood lipid,serum adiponectin,LPL and HL of obese SD rats,this article is for the purpose of analyzing the possible mechanism of obesity.Methods:87 male SD rats were randomly divided into control group(7 rats) and model group(80 rats),being given normal diet and high fat diet respectively for 11 weeks.After the models were prepared successfully,they were randomly divided into four groups:obesity normal control group,obesity food restriction group,obesity exercise group and obesity exercise+food restriction group.Control group was continued to give high fat diet.The exercise form is swimming for 5 weeks,6days/w.The rats swam 30 min for the first time,then the time was prolonged 10 min everyday and sustaining 90 min at last.Food restriction groups were give 80%high fat diet referring to contrOl group.Each rat was weighed every week,drinking freely.60 hours after last exercise, all rats were killed.Weight,body length,Lee's index,serum adiponectin,TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,LPL and HL were detected.Results:①Comparing with control group,rats' weight of food restriction group decreased notably(P<0.05),exercise group and exercise+food restriction group decreased significantly notably(P<0.01).②Comparing with control group, serum adiponectin of exercise group and exercise+food restriction group increased notably(P<0.05).③Comparing with control group,TG of food restriction group decreased notably(P<0.05),exercise group and exercise+food restriction group decreased significantly notably(P<0.01); Comparing with control group,TC of food restriction group,exercise group and exercise+food restriction group decreased significantly notably(P<0.01);Comparing with control group,HDL-C of exercise+food restriction group increased significantly notably(P<0.01);Comparing with control group,LDL-C of food restriction group,exercise group and exercise+food restriction group decreased significantly notably(P<0.01); LDL-C of exercise+food restriction group decreased notably comparing with food restriction group and exercise group.④Comparing with control group,the activity of LPL increased notably in exercise group and exercise+food restriction group(P<0.05);Comparing with control group, the activity of HL decreased notably in food restriction,exercise group and exercise+food restriction group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Establishing the mODel of alimentary obesity rats successfully after 11 weeks high fat diet,based on which,the following conclusions are got:①Exercise and foOD restriction could increase serum adiponectin of obesity rats notably.②Exercise and foOD restriction could increase activity of LPL and decrease activity of HL of obesity rats notably.③Exercise and foOD restriction could decrease serum TG,TC,LDL-C and increase HDL-C of obesity rats notably.
