The instructor system had more than 50 years history in our country,along with the National University increased enrollment policy's implementation,the university instructor quantity's growth cannot follow the student quantity' s growth,presented the instructor personnel's scarcity.The similar situation also appears in sport colleges and universities.The graduate student is very precious human resources;it is good way to alleviate the instructor quantity scarce that let graduate student to be instructor of the undergraduate student, which also may enhance university's human capital.Some universities are attempting to follow the way,but there are few sport colleges and universities to do this.Taking Beijing Sport University as an example, the paper is attending to construct the management mode that graduate to be instructor of the undergraduate,provides suggestion for sport colleges and universities.What the paper uses is human resources management theory.Firstly,the paper reviewed the history of the instructor system,as well as the instructor system of sport colleges and universities.Secondly,the paper analyzed the demand to expand the instructor troop,and the feasibility that graduate to be instructor of the undergraduate in sport colleges and universities.Finally,the paper construct the management mode that graduate to be instructor of the undergraduate.The main conclusion and the suggestion are:Along with student scale's enlargement,instructor quantity needs to increase correspondingly;the graduate students are precious human resources,at present the utilization is low.Have the related policy,the advantage,and the realistic examples,that graduate to be instructor of the undergraduate is feasible.The management of the graduate should be carried on from the human resources planning,the human resources introducing,the human resources use,the human resources development,the human resources evaluation and adjustment.The human resources planning is the most important part.The school needs to have the reform and innovation consciousness and the courage;the instructor structure should have the professional instructors and the part-time instructors that are graduate students.
