Objective:To observe the concentration of salivary cortisol,secretory immunoglobin A and salivary amylase activities on the elite archers during the competition;the relation of REST-Q questionnaire score and the above objective indicators,rank of the games.Methods:24 elite archers inNational Olympicteam attended the experiments in pre-training period,8 elite athletes for competition period.In the pre-training period(3 days) and competition period(pre-competition day 5 to competition day 2.) of the three games for 7 days,collected saliva samples on7:30 p.m.every day;filled in REST-Q questionnaire firstly each round;recorded rank,respectively.Results:(1) During the qualifying tournamentâ…¡,the saliva cortisol concentration was significantly higher in p2 and g2 compared with baseline;During the game of Asian Championship a significant increase in SIgA concentration on p5 was revealed compared with baseline;During the days of Asian Championship and qualifying tournamentâ… ,no significant changes were observed in the salivary amylase activities compared with baseline;During the qualifying tournamentâ…¡,saliva amylase activity was significantly higher in p1 and g2 than baselin(2) During the qualifying tournamentâ…¡,concentration of salivary cortisol in p2 and g2 had a significant increase compared with the values of the same day in Asian Championship and qualifying competitionâ… ;In pre-competition day 3 of qualifying competitionâ… ,SIgA had a decline compared with the values of the same day in Asian Championship;In pre-competition day1 of qualifying tournamentâ…¡,saliva amylase activity were higher compared with values of the same day in Asian Championship and qualifying competitionâ… (3).The RESTQ-questionnaire showed that scores of stress had a positive correlation with the saliva cortisolconcentration;saliva amylase activity was negatively correlated with scores of recovery;scores of stress had a positive correlation with rank;scores of recovery had a positive correlation with rank.Conclusion:(1)Salivary cortisol concentration,SIgA and salivary amylase activities of the range P2.5~P97.5 were 0.29~8.10nmol/L,4.67~128.12ng/ml and 11.8~92KU/L in the elite archers during in pre-training period,respectively.(2)Salivary cortisol concentration and salivary amylase activity may reflect state of stress;During the important competition,Salivary cortisol concentration and salivary amylase activity increased,these indicators should serve to remind the coaches and athletes to regulate.(3)REST-Q-questionnaire and Salivary cortisol concentration,salivary amylase activity of these objective indicators, another view reflect the competition stress of athletes. (4)REST-Q-questionnaire showed that scores of stress had a positive correlation with rank,scores of recovery had a positive correlation with rank,the above correlations indicated that more emotional tension or more subjective Fatigue to restore are not conducive to the athletes to achieve ideal ranks... |
