| Objective:In this study,saliva and blood samples of outstanding athletes in different programs will be collected and tested to explore the correlation between saliva and blood of biochemical indicators that reflect the physical performance of excellent athletes.And using the above-mentioned saliva indicators,to evaluate the specific recovery effect of ultra-low temperature whole body cryotherapy for outstanding athletes immediately after training,with a view to providing experimental basis for saliva indicators to monitor exercise training and physical recovery.Methods:Experiment 1:Collect relevant literature and screen representative biochemical indicator.Gathering Beijing judo,Beijing free wrestling team,Beijing rowing team,Beijing swimming team,Beijing synchronized swimming team,National men's handball team,Beijing men's handball team players' saliva and blood samples,and measure its Sal-COR,Sal-T,SIgA and Sal-Urea concentration levels,analyze the correlation between blood and saliva,To explore the scientific nature and accuracy of saliva biochemical index instead of blood biochemical index.Experiment 2:To explore the specific effect of physical recovery method-WBC on post-training recovery of professional elite athletes,the Beijing men's handball team were randomly divided into experimental group(N=9)and the control group(N=9),The two groups were trained with the same load at the same time.The experimental group received WBC(-130,150s)immediately after the training.Control group not do cold therapy intervention,the saliva samples of the subject were collected simultaneously at seven time points:At the same day Am7:00(from morning on training day),Pm3:00(before training),Pm5:30(immediately after training),Pm6:00(immediately after cold treatment),Pm6:30(half hour after cold treatment)Pm8:00(2 hours after cold treatment),Am7:00 the next day(from the next morning).Measure and observe the specific changes of Sal-COR,Sal-T,SIgA,and Sal-Urea before and after the intervention of cold therapy,and explore the recovery effect of WBC on professional elite athletes immediately after training.Results:(1):1)COR(r=0.806),Urea(r=0.655),and IgA(r=0.665)have a high correlation between saliva and blood,and there is a linear relationship.2)The correlation between Sal-T and Se-T is low(r=0.401),and there is no obvious linear relationship.(2)1)Compared with immediately after training,the Sal-COR concentration in the experimental group decreased by 26.70%(p>0.05)immediately after the cold treatment,the control group increased by 36.95%(p>0.05),and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);the experimental group decreased by 31.33%and the control group decreased by 29.20%2 hours after the cold treatment,but there was no statistical difference between the two groups.(P>0.05);compared with the morning of the training day,the experimental group and the control group decreased from the morning of the next day,but there was no statistical significance;2)Compared with immediately after training,the concentration of Sal-T in the experimental group and the control group increased by 0.89%and 15.74%,respectively,half an hour after the cold treatment,and decreased by 3.27%,18.89%,2 hours after the cold treatment,compared with the experimental group,the decrease in the control group at these two points was statistically different(P<0.05);compared with the morning on the training day,the Sal-T concentration in the experimental group and the control group increased by 16.47%(p<0.01)and 10.33%(p<0.05)respectively from the morning after training,and the experimental group had a more significant upward trend(P<0.05);3)Compared with immediately after the cold treatment,the concentration of Sal-Urea in the experimental group and the control group decreased both half an hour after the cold treatment(p<0.05);the experimental group decreased by 5.63%(p<0.05)2 hours after the cold treatment,and the control group decreased by 22.83%(p>0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups.Compared with the morning of the training day,the Sal-Urea concentration of the control group increased by 9.43%(p<0.05)and the experimental group increased by 5.44%(p>0.05)from the morning of the next training day.4)Compared with immediately after training,SIgA in the experimental group decreased by 36.55%(p<0.05)and the control group decreased by 59.39%(p<0.01)in the half hour after the cold treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2 hours after the cold treatment,the SIgA concentration in the experimental group and the control group decreased by 3.24%(p<0.01)and 42.85%(p<0.01),compared with the control group,the increase in the experimental group was more significant(P<0.01).Compared with the morning of the training day,the SIgA concentration of the experimental group and the control group increased significantly from the morning of the next day(p<0.01),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:(1)COR,Urea and IgA index concentrations have a high correlation between blood and saliva,COR has the highest correlation,and T has a low correlation.(2)WBC can quickly reduce Sal-COR concentration immediately after training Promote the rise of Sal-T and SIgA concentration in a short period of time,increase the baseline level of Sal-T,have a late effect on Sal-Urea.(3)The saliva biochemical index can reflect the functional level of multiple time points before and after the body training,which has positive significance for the development of targeted training plans. |
