Three triple jump is one of the complex technologies in sports,with the process of the project teaching and training gradually,for the special technology and development ability of athletes are increasingly high requirements According to the technical characteristics of the three long jump and the actual situation of the athletes,the reasonable choice and arrangement of training means is a basic ability of the coaches.Many research indicated that the athletes through the approach obtained horizontal velocity in the three jump process gradually reduced,especially after second and third hops,the loss of speed increases obviously,which is also an important factor affecting play three triple jump technique.Therefore,the study according to the actual situation of Wuhan Sports Institute sports education professional track and field elective students of grade three jump second round of teaching conducted a series of downhill jump selection,arrangement and implementation process of practice,through training experiment to prove that the jump practice can improve the speed of movement of the three jump process and effectively improve the level of speed in the process of loss of the three jump downhill,revealing jumping exercises a positive impact on the three jump technology downhill,and provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for teaching and training of long jump three.Using the method of literature,experimental training method,high-speed photography and image analysis method,mathematical statistics method,19 students in Wuhan Sports Institute track and field elective boys,following 7 weeks of slope jump special training exercises as the main content,to explore the related experimental data before and after the analysis and the conclusions are drawn as follows:(1)8 steps' run-up case five stride jump,five hop and three cycles of "hop-step jump-step" scores can be used to reflect the continuous rapid jumping ability is an important index,the results are three and triple jump performance are significant correlation(P< 0.01),shows that the continuous rapid jump jumping ability and level three are closely related.(2)through the downhill jump practice can significantly improve students' ability of continuous fast jumping.7 weeks after the experiment,the 8 step approach under the condition of five stride jump,five hop and three cycles of "hop-step jump-step" scores than before the experiment has been greatly improved.(3)the downhill jumping exercises can significantly improve the grade three in the long jump three jump support phase of the horizontal velocity of body center gravity,while the three jump in the process of loss of speed has been improved,that motion coherence and the ability to maintain speed has been strengthened.(4)the downhill jumping exercises can significantly improve the grade three in the long jump three jump support phase of the knee of swing leg speed,improve the three jump angle,shorten the take-off time and reduce the three jump height,body weight of single hop away to significantly improve the jumping speed and jump third improve the flight angle,that rational optimization can help to effectively promote the process of technology and the three jump kicking,swing,a link technology.
