E-learning is the study of network course, in which learners studying on their own, using the internet media, take the initiative to use and control their own meta-cognitive, motivational and behavioral. It requires learners engage in and manage their own learning activities actively and consciously. Therefore, learners should have a higher ability to self-control and restraint. However, Chinese learners as a whole is characterized by "lack of autonomy, independence, lack of self-control ability to study," lack of the necessary preparation in E-learning. So increasing the necessary control mechanism in Network teaching has very important significance.E-Portfolio appears with the information technology, especially development and wide application of networking and multimedia technology. It is studying files of learners,which is in form of digitized record,can be used in informationized study, personal development, study management, study exchanges, teaching evaluation, teaching of information technology and so on. Research shows that the E-Portfolio can monitor. Therefore the study of the E-Portfolio, specialy its design methodology, which dedicated to network learning monitoring, has important theoretical significance and practical application value. The thesis studies to design a e-Portfolio for network learning monitoring, aims to give a systematic design method.Thesis using literature analysis, system science methods, instructional design methods, object-oriented design methods and so on, in four areas to do some research work.(1) The basis analysis of system design. Analysised the basic concepts of the e-Portfolio for network learning monitoring, summed up the theoretical basis for the design and technical foundation.of the e-Portfolio's. On this basis, discussed the design goals and principles, planned the design model file of the e-Portfolio.(2) Instructional design study of e-Portfolio. Under the guidance of the "learn" based instructional design and instructional design methods of e-Portfolio, analysised instructional design's goals and principles, designed the model instructional design and the specific teaching flow of the e-Portfolio. (3) Software design of the e-Portfolio. Using object-oriented software design methods, analysising the objectives and principles of software design of the e-Portfolio. On this basis, designing the e-Portfolio, including the needs analysis, the overall design, the detailed design and implementation design of . the e-Portfolio's.(4) Application development. Under the guidance of summing up the design methods of the e-Portfolio's, developmented an e-Portfolio for high school curriculum that "the global environmental problems which the human faces"After a series of research work, the thesis get some research results.(1) Defined a concept of e-Portfolio's for network learning monitoring, determined the theoretical foundation of the e-Portfolio's is constructivist learning theory, experiential learning theory, the reflective teaching theory, systems science theory, instructional design theory and so on, software design theory basis to object-oriented software design, UML language, relational database and so on, planning a design model of e-Portfolio's from instructional design and software design.(2) Got an instructional design model of e-Portfolio, considered instructional design of e-Portfolio's should include the learner analysis, monitoring goal analysis, monitoring content design, monitoring standards formulate and monitoring results show and so on.(3) Got a software design model of e-Portfolio, considered the system should use three-tier architecture, and divided into three major subsystems, such as the systems management subsystem, the monitor content creation subsystem and the monitor results show subsystem. Abstracted from the model, model express, building a software model at all stages of system software design, provided a shared, reusable reference model for e-Portfolio's development.(4) Achieve a development for an system example, used the design methods and models of e-Portfolio for network learning monitoring, verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the system design methods and models.The thesis's innovation lies in:(1) Developed a more effective design methods and models of e-Portfolio for network learning monitoring, provides a method of designing an e-Portfolio with other functions.(2) System design take two aspects that instructional design and software design into account, to some extent, improved the design of e-Portfolio, in situation that . the result of light the instructional design and not reflect good teaching function, or light the software design and not good supporting software development.Future research work are to further improve the monitoring of content creation design.
