Motivation is to stimulate and maintain the target point to an act of internal power, students of the main items of the elective courses enhance motivation to a large extent influence the behavior of students to participate in sports activities, only know the course the students motivation to a more reasonable arrangements for the main items enhance lessons, to further improve the quality of teaching physical education, better participation in sports activities to promote student autonomy, and consciously implement the "health first" guiding principle.Some colleges and universities in Shandong Province based on main courses enhance the creation of the status quo, it is necessary to Sport Education students choose elective classes to study motivation. Students understand the motives of course, and take corresponding measures for colleges and universities of professional master of physical education classes improve and reform the project settings and provide a theoretical basis and reference. In this study, according to literature review, the daily life experience and observation, and to listen to expert opinion, through the election of 120 post-secondary classes of university students to analyze open-ended questionnaire as well as some college students after interview, on the basis of the preparation of a Sport Education election ban course motivated students test the questionnaire. University Students on the course of self-motivation questionnaire were consistent reliability, split-half reliability, questions related to the questionnaire, such as correlation coefficient test, using the concept of content validity and to examine the validity of the questionnaire validity. Test results showed that the questionnaire has good reliability and validity. The official scale of 800 specially selected students to carry out investigation and study, the questionnaire was informed that the statistics: At present, colleges and universities in Shandong Province set up the main items of PE classes improve most of them are the "National College of Physical Education undergraduate curriculum program" set up project, a number of currently more popular, entertainment, the main items of strong class projects rarely improve. School students on the current master of the creation of class projects enhance satisfaction is not high, only 46.65%. The questionnaire analysis of the impact of factors motivated the selection of six main factors, after further analysis concludes as follows:(1)Affect the course of the motives of its sequence of six main factors are: self-motivation> bodybuilding motivation> motives communicative exchanges> objective motivation> Entertainment motivated> to avoid the failure of the motive.(2) In comparing the different gender students in PE classes enhance the main course of differences in motivational factors were as follows: at exchanges on gender differences in motivation significantly, strong motivation for girls than boys.(3) Compare different students at the main items of students improve elective class differences in motivational factors were as follows: students from the city than the rural students on a low motivation to avoid failure. In an objective motive bodybuilding motivation town students than rural students, but the difference was not significant.(4) Entertainment motivation, interaction motives, self-motivation and student involvement and performance score highly positive correlation to avoid the failure of student motivation and the degree of participation and performance score was a negative correlation.
