Ansai waist drum has a long history and rich regional characteristics.It is a unique and representative artistic expression in the folk art of northern Shaanxi.It is the first national traditional sports project in China to enter the national intangible cultural heritage list.In today’s world,intangible cultural heritage is the common wealth of all mankind.Inheritance and protection are also important problems faced by all countries in the world.The Ansai waist drums combine the Yangko,martial arts,dance,percussion,wind music and folk songs in a subtle way.The relaxation,the advancement and retreat,the orderly,the powerful,the enthusiasm and the enthusiasm,vividly reflect the bold and unrestrained people of northern Shaanxi.Simple and uncharacteristic character.The inheritance of Ansai’s waist drum is a way of cultural continuity,and school education is the main channel for cultural inheritance.Therefore,combining Ansai’s waist drum with high school physical education and introducing the high school physical education curriculum self-selection project will not only help students understand China’s excellent national traditional sports culture,inherit and protect China’s intangible cultural heritage,but also help promote Ansai’s waist drum.Promotion and inheritance.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature,questionnaires,interviews,mathematical statistics and logic analysis,from the perspective of the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage,to the six high schools in Xi’an(Xi’an Middle School,Xi’an,Shaanxi Province)Eighty-nine Middle School,Shaanxi Normal University Affiliated High School,Xi’an Qujiang No.1 Middle School,Xi’an No.3 Middle School,Xi’an High-tech No.1 Middle School)conducted interviews,investigations and analysis,focusing on the selection of Ansai waist drum sports course in high school.The feasibility of the analysis and demonstration,while investigating the conditions and protection of the self-option of the Ansai waist drum high school physical education curriculum,and put forward targeted recommendations and measures to promote the promotion and popularization of Ansai waist drum in high school.Through investigation and analysis,the following conclusions and recommendations are drawn:1.According to the investigation of subjective conditions and objective conditions,Ansai’s waist drum basically meets the conditions for the self-selection of high school physical education curriculum,and meets the content of the high school sports and health curriculum standards.2,Ansai waist drum as a high school physical education curriculum optional project,the "non-legacy" culture has entered the high school campus is of great significance,has been recognized by students,teachers and school leaders.3,Ansai waist drum sports course self-option goal is to enable students to master the technical movements of Ansai drums,to achieve the purpose of inheriting the "non-legacy" culture,not only to cultivate students’ appreciation of "non-legacy" culture and national traditional sports culture Ability,but also awaken the consciousness of student culture.4.The main factors hindering the Ansai waist drum as the self-selection of high school physical education curriculum are:(1)less professional drum teachers and teacher training problems;(2)high school students have high learning pressure,time is not allowed,but high first grade can be carried out;(3)The curriculum is not set,and the relevant teaching materials are lacking;(4)The traditional culture of the nation and the modern culture are not easy to integrate.Recommendations:1.School leaders attach importance to the development of school-based curriculum,organize teachers to prepare Ansai waist drum teaching materials suitable for high school sports optional courses,and write the Ansai waist drum sports into the school’s physical education curriculum optional teaching plan.2.The relevant local government agencies should give certain financial support to the school’s physical education,support the development of Ansai’s waist drums,and adopt various channels to promote Ansai’s waist drums,such as regular Ansai drum drum competitions and teaching effect exchange meetings.3.Improve the physical education teachers’ mastery of Ansai’s waist drum skills,organize various forms of Ansai waist drum training,and improve the professional knowledge of physical education teachers.4.Strengthen the extensive publicity of the intangible cultural heritage of the campus and cultivate the national pride of the students from an early age.5.Learn and learn from the successful experience of the Ansai waist drum exercise to develop a good regional school.According to the actual situation,choose the appropriate school as the pilot school of the Ansai drum drum self-selected course.
