Under the background of the development of modern information technology,micro lesson has increasingly become an increasingly important way of learning.As a learning resource,it embodies the characteristics of the times and technology.Teachers can finish the teaching task with the help of micro class in the classroom.Students can use micro lesson to preview,review or break through the important and difficult problems after class.With the development of micro lesson,various kinds of micro lectures on the Internet emerge in an endless stream,and the quality of micro courses is also unevenness.The research and application scope of micro lesson is more and more extensive.The ARCS motivation model of high school geography,the current situation of development and application of micro lesson based on the method of literature research,interview,questionnaire,observation,understanding the current situation of the students learning geography and views on the micro lesson,understand the teachers'opinions on micro lesson design and application,to understand the teachers'attention the students'motivation,and on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the current geographic micro class design and application problems and solving measures,puts forward the design of micro class ARCS motivation design model based on.The design strategy of ARCS model in attention,relevance,confidence,satisfaction of the four elements and the design steps of analysis,and from the five kinds of micro lesson type selection lesson class,class lead-in of new lesson and understanding of knowledge of three kinds of teaching design and description,provide a reference for the design of micro class teachers.In this paper,ARCS model based on geographic micro lesson design and implementation in the classroom,through interviews with teachers and students after class,to find out the advantages of the micro lesson design and the lack of use case analysis to further provide the basis for the effective teaching effect of teaching design based on the ARCS model.This paper studies the design of micro lesson teaching'based on ARCS mode,so that geography micro lesson can better meet students'learning needs,and applies it to teachers'classroom teaching and students'autonomous learning after class.The results can guide teachers to analyze students'needs from the aspects of attention,relevance,self-confidence and satisfaction,and stimulate students'learning motivation in teaching design.Instructors inspire students' motivation in teaching and maintain learning motivation in the course of teaching.
