curriculum resource is one of the many strongly emphasize concepts in the curriculum reform of basic education, and as the force of the curriculum reform is increasing, the importance of the curriculum resource is becoming phenomenal. The quality of the exploitation and utilization of curriculum resources have great influence on the spread and popularization of the curriculum reform in the basic education.There is strong connection between the curriculum resources evaluation and the exploitation and utilization of the curriculum resources. The quality of the curriculum resources evaluation have great influence on the exploitation and utilization of curriculum resources, and also on the achievement of the curriculum objective. However, nowadays, the curriculum resources evaluation has not been paid enough attention, whatever on theory and practice study. This study endeavor to advance specific strategies to improve the curriculum resources evaluation, on the basic of the practice investigating and theory study. This study consists of problem advancing, documents summarizing, the investigating of curriculum resources evaluation, and the implementation strategies of curriculum resources evaluation.In the part of the problem advancing, analyzing the study background has been emphasized, and also putting forward the meaning and purpose of the study. In the part of background studying, the paper analyzed the national policy and paper according to this subject, and addressing the origin of this subject. Meanwhile, based on the analyzing of the difficulties that the teachers faced in the teaching reality, the paper analyzed the practical background. In the part one, the paper also put forward the meaning of implementation of curriculum resources evaluation by elementary teachers, whatever on the theoretical side and on the practical side.Then, in part two, the paper analyzed the documents of out country and the documents coming from foreign countries. This part can be divided into three small parts. First, the paper summarized the documents about the curriculum resources, including the meaning, classifying, exploitation and utilization of curriculum resources. In the end, the shortage of the study on curriculum resources evaluation has been advanced. Then, the paper summarized the documents of curriculum evaluation. The meaning, function, type, and the connection of curriculum evaluation and curriculum exploitation etc have been brought forward. The paper defined the concepts of curriculum resources, the exploitation and utilization of curriculum resources, and curriculum resources evaluation.The statistics of the curriculum resources evaluation questionnaire analysis in part three, give positive foundation to the advancing of countermeasures. According to the result of the questionnaire, in part four, the paper analyzes the problems, and advances the corresponding countermeasures. The countermeasures can be listed in the following aspects below: first, improving the elementary teachers'theoretical understanding of the curriculum resources and the evaluation of curriculum resources; second, enhancing elementary teachers'practicing ability of the curriculum resources evaluation; third, creating the advantageous and objective condition to help the teachers evaluating the curriculum resources.
