With the world's rapid economic development,the material living standards are rising,and the people begin to concern about the quality of subjective life and well-being.A large number of researchers through investigation found that people's happiness index is not high,especially the situation in the well-being of higher vocational colleges teachers is not optimistic.The teachers' profession well-being is not only closely related to the work enthusiasm,but also affect the development of physical and mental health of teachers,the stability of the teacher troop.Only to research on the teachers' profession well-being,we can understand the source of profession well-being as well as the influencing factors,which draw people's attention to the importance of teachers' profession well-being in order to adjust the teachers' management policy and protect the physical and mental health of teachers.The methods of this thesis are literature and survey.The author selected two Suzhou Vocational Colleges as a sample through convenience sampling questionnaire.Using SPSS to analyze the data and get a final conclusion.The results indicate the overall satisfaction of teachers in higher vocational institutions is middle level of the whole or even in the under side.Next the paper analyzes the profession well-being factors of impacting higher vocational colleges teachers,at last the author raise a few comments and suggestions.
