Teachers are the school' most important human resources,teachers' management is an important part of the school management.Teachers 'management will directly affect the school' overall educational quality and the survival of the school,and primary and secondary teachers' management will have a bearing on the quality of basic education.At present,ours primary and secondary teachers' management have many problems,and the teachers' running off is one of the key problems that many schools are facing currently,which influences the construction of teachers,academics and the stability of teaching quality.The high rate of teachers'running off brings to obstacles to some schools.Form the viewpoint of human resources management' theory,teacher career management can help to prevent teachers' running off.The thesis mainly use the qualitative research.From the aspect of the primary and secondary teachers' career management existent problems,introducing the practice of enterprise career management into teacher management.The paper discusses the application of career management in primary and secondary teachers' from the perspectives of organizational career management,and tries to find a entry point in which the teachers career management theory can apply into the practice of the management of the primary and secondary school teachers.This thesis manages the theme that the career management of primary and secondary teachers,with the method of theoretical analysis,synthetic and innovation.First,it prove the necessity of subject research,and on the basis of summarizing and commenting the current study situation of the domestic and international theory circle,it proceeds with basic conception group of career management,combs and further investigated those concepts.On the premise of explaining those basic theories in career management,the thesis sum up and analyses the current situation in China.Through the analyses of cases of an famous American company,it points out several aspects which should be paid attention to in career management of our country at present.Finally,it studies the establishment of a career management system.
