Since reform and open policy,the society need more and more high-level technology talented person and application-oriented person,higher-vocational education develops rapidly in China.The scale of higher-vocational school has become bigger and bigger,the kind of the School has become more and more,the number of student has become bigger and bigger.Meanwhile,the society set the new request about the quality of the higher-vocational colleges,but now the study condition of the higher-vocational colleges isn't optimistic.The students from the higher-vocational colleges experienced negative academic events in the past,so they have low self-experience and self-evaluation,lacking study motivation and their academic development level isn't high. Therefore,basing on the studying students' development of characteristics of academic self-concept, we design the education strategies,which can improve high-vocational students' academic self-concept.It's very important for improving and achieving academic progress of high-vocational students' academic development level.First,this study applies literature-analysis method,analyses the academic cause's impact for self-study on the base of existing research which constructs study-cause training model about study self-intervention.Second,this study applies questionnaire method to research the academic self-concept]development level and characteristics of high-vocational college' student.Third this study applies experimental education method through self-study training.Totally,this study gets the conclusions as following:1.Generally speaking,the level of vocational colleges' academic self is in the middle. Academic ability and academic experience are also in a low level,the level of development of academic achievement is highest.2.In this research,there is significant sex;family educations way,urban and suburb difference in the vocational college's general academic self.3.The experiment model which was based on attribution training has certain feasibility and usability.And the experiment result is effective.4.The teaching intervention experiment enhanced the level of vocational college's general academic self,the experimental class has remarkable change in total score.It is also became better in academic experience and academic achievement dimension.Indicated that the intervention experiment has certain effect,and improve effectively.
