Education needs to be based on the needs of social reality.In recent years,the State has proposed to transform from a "manufacturing power" to a "manufacturing power",which requires a large number of excellent vocational and technical practitioners.Therefore,the demand for vocational and technical talents in the country and society is becoming more and more vigorous.The State actively promotes the development of higher vocational education and the expansion of enrollment in higher vocational colleges and universities.However,the problem of "shortage of skilled workers" still needs to be solved urgently.It is easy to find that as the supply side of vocational and technical talents,there are problems in the learning of higher vocational students in school.It is mainly manifested as lack of learning initiative,low interest in learning,and backward academic performance.To solve these problems,we should conduct in-depth research to clarify the reasons behind it,and carry out social work services for the development of the crux of the problem.After investigation,it was found that the academic self-efficacy of higher vocational students was at a low level.Academic self-efficacy is significantly positively correlated with academic performance,that is to say,the improvement of academic self-efficacy will have an effect on academic performance.Meanwhile,as a result of cognitive processing,the attribution of individuals also has an important impact on academic self-efficacy.Therefore,it is particularly important to train clients to form a positive attribution method while improving academic self-efficacy.Only after the formation of a positive attribution method,will the positive performance information be amplified in enhancing the academic self-efficacy,and promote the formation of a stable and lasting high level of academic self-efficacy.So,academic self-efficacy is the product of individual processing of performance information.Improving academic self-efficacy should be divided into two steps.First,create a source of efficiency information.Create experiential academic achievements with clients,supported by positive role models,verbal persuasion,and other means to create positive academic effectiveness messages.Second,on the basis of positive performance information,intervene in the attribution process of successful experiences,and guide students to attribute positive performance information in an internal,stable and controllable direction.Among them,the client can obtain the effectiveness information of the method of action mastery experience,verbal persuasion,and substitution experience through counseling.After obtaining successful experience and positive information,reflect on the reasons with the client.Guide them to pay more attention to the role of internal-stability reasons(own ability)and internal-unstable reasons(efforts)in obtaining success.Through professional social work services,the client continues to achieve academic achievements on the one hand,and receives attribution training.On the other hand,eventually forming a benign attribution of academic achievements,obtaining a stable sense of academic self-efficacy that is higher than when not receiving services.Finally,the client constitutes a virtuous circle.We realize the concept of "helping others to help themselves" in social work.
