Information technology in modern education is the combination of education and information technology. Multimedia technology, especially, has changed the educational environment and methods fundamentally. With the further advance of the Second-phase Curriculum Reformation, multimedia assisted teaching in has become an important channel to achieve the goal of kindergarten education, and also can be representative of the trend and direction of the current development of pre-school education. To seek an effective strategy for multimedia assisted teaching for better education has become important issues.The study based on the actual activities of teaching subject, and got the support from kindergarten teachers' first-hand information. In the real multimedia environment, the study summed up the specific exploration and practice for the top class, middle class and bottom class in a kindergarten in the context of new curriculum.Though new Curriculum requires integrating all kinds of different activities into the daily activity, the proportions of these activities are not the same due to the difference of children's age. Children in the top class are bookish; Children in the middle class are game lovers; Children in the bottom class are lack of life experience. The study does the discussion and research from aspect of learning activities for top class, game activities for middle class and life activities for bottom class.In the course of the study was mainly around the three relationships and one design to carry out the research and discussion, which is: the relationship between traditional media and multi-media, the relationship between teachers and preschooler, under multimedia environment, the relationship between teachers and multimedia courseware and how to design multimedia activities.In this study, the number of the cases is limited, but each of them was representative. Wish the conclusions and recommendations can has a certain draw to Shanghai and all over the country's pre-school education and kindergarten teaching activity.
