Based on "the National Project for K-12 Teachers Educational Technology Competence Development" initiated by the Chinese Ministry of Education, the K-12 Teachers Educational Technology Development has got development and recognition than before. In the past two years, the author participated in the Educational Technology training with her supervisor fortunately, including the national and provincial teacher training as well as primary Educational Technology distance training. The author accumulated lots of experience in course development, design of platform and management of the training.In order to improve the competence in Educational Technology further, and help teacher-learners recognize the support of Informational Technology to New-course teaching, and comprehend the diversity of Educational Technology, besides, to process Instructional Design in unit level, we need to have a further development to teacher-level namely senior Educational Technology training. The training will be developed in the whole nation and it is so enormous that we certainly will adopt the online training to implement the training course. Therefore, the author's team wish to develop an experiential online learning environment, and increase essential management and learning support, moreover built a normal, opening network system for teacher Educational Technology training. In further, we can construct the training course in content with Educational Technology Training Material (senior), to expand training scale, reduce training expense, gather training resource, share experience, and improve training benefit.The author refers a lot of inland-outland example cases and literature about experiential learning and learning support, and analyzes Educational Technology experiential learning cycle structure and character and the character of teacher-learners , then got a conclusion that the appliance of experiential learning in Educational Technology training is feasible. In online training, because of lack the face-to-face communication between teachers and teacher-students, how to lead teacher-students to study, and attract the interesting of students, in order to develop the learning process favorably, we need to provide abundant learning support for students. With the help of supervisor and team members, the author analyzes the function of experiential learning support platform, assists the platform development members in building universal experiential learning platform, designs the resourses, tools and activities in each part of experiential learning, and makes learning materials, then completes the building of online course together finally. After the course is completed, it is used experimentally.After nearly 3 month experiment, the author has analyzed the training results for the design of experiential learning support which used in Educational Technology training, and brought forward later improving ideas to learning support design based on the requirement of experts and teacher-learners, and has pointed out future study aspects.
