The gradually deepening kindergarten curriculum reform has brought unprecedented opportunities for teachers'professional development and kindergartens, but also brought great challenges. To promote teachers'professional development become the focus of attention to kindergarten. As an important training for teachers of kindergarten, the"master train apprentice"has to promote the professional growth to new teachers and experienced teachers , meet the requirements of the times. This paper based on the current"master train apprentice"reality and the basis of practice, summarized and analyzed the existing problems of"master train apprentice"and put forward development proposals.The paper for three main parts:Part I: Carried out the problem. Carried out significance of"master train apprentice"in kindergarten . Summary related research and a brief description of the research method of this study.Part II: Analysis the status of"master train apprentice"in kindergarten and expound exist problems in practice. Mainly included one-sided thinking, neglect the development of teaching and learning; system of non-standard leading to the not clear target and twinning undemocratic; kindergarten leadership not pay enough attention to that, process management is not in place; unscientific evaluation, reward and punishment systems is not clear, teaching is not high positive .Part III: To solve the problem, carried out the statrgies: form comprehensive understanding of"master train apprentice"strategy; do good system strategy; to strengthen the process of management strategy; to establish teachers file bags strategy.
