Research On Female Students Gymnastics Teaching Present Situation Of Physical Education Major In Hubei Physical Education Colleges (Departments)

With going and deepen of physical education reform of China's basic education, and rapid development of social mass keep-fit industry, the demand of physical education talents in colleges and universities is becoming higher. Therefore, this paper researched on gyminastic teaching present situation of physical education major female studetns in Hubei physical education universities as the release of new round gymnastics course guide outline. It used document reference method, questionnaiore survey method and so on, and taking female students gyminastic course of physical education major in Hubei sport universities, colleges and departments as the object of this research. The main conclusions of this research are:1. Female students gyminastic course of physical education major in Hubei sport universities, colleges and departments has established its teaching goals and duties, which are mastering basic gyminastic theory kownledge and techniques and raising sutudents'fundemental abilities. Besides developing teaching ability, using gyminastic means in the fitness instruction, organizing and judging in mass gymnastics competition, space and material management ability and so on is also the important tasks of gymnastics teaching.2. There are six universities of Hubei sport universities, colleges and departments opening female gymnastics in the first semester, only one university is from the first to the second semester.The period of gymnastics course of Hubei sport universities, colleges and departments is general short and it is 68.3 class hours equally. In the teaching process, the teaching of gymnastics movement on the instruments has been cancelled, which means the arrangement of female students gyminastic course of physical education major in Hubei sport universities, colleges and departments have a trend of becoming simplified.In all Hubei sport universities, colleges and departments, the forms of organization used in physical education major female gyminastic course are traditional gymnastic organization ways. The teachers that used multimedia only takes 13.3%, the electrochemical education method has not yet been well obtained and promoted.The test way that used in all Hubei sport universities, colleges and departments are similar, and the teaching effect is good.3. The teachers in female students gyminastic course of physical education major in Hubei sport universities, colleges and departments are mainly middle-aged and young, which presents good potential state. However, the percentage of female teacher is low, and the scientific research ability level of youth gymnastics teacher is low, which seriously impacted the gymnastics teaching reform and development in Hubei Province. Unsolved of professional title, income, and treatment problem is major unstable factor affect gymnastic teachers.4.The teaching sapce and equipments are basic meeting teaching needs in all Hubei sport universities, colleges and departments.5. In female students gyminastic class of physical education major in Hubei sport universities, colleges and departments, there were 20 people equally. There were 65.2% of students considered that their gymnastics foundation was just ordinary; 93.04% of students had a high interest in gymnastic crouse. They had clear academic motivation and proper attitude. Through have the study of gymnastic class, 92.17% of students thought they had learned the basic teaching ability, 74.98% of students thought that they could be qualified in social fitness instruction works, in contrast, it was difficult for them to handle the works in gymnastics competition and amateur gymnastic train. Too many attending, too few class hours, and fear to the equipments are the main reasons affect quality and effect of teaching.
