Entrepreneurship Education Research For Colleges And Universities In Different Level

The entrepreneurship is an important aspect of the reform of higher education, it's can help students to cultivate and enhance their employability and entrepreneurship, to promote our country's economic development and to ease the employment pressure.KAB ( Know about Business) is a new projects developed by the International Labor Organizations to foster university and high school students the ability of entrepreneurship. At present, the project has been in Kenya, Sri Lanka, Peru, Uzbekistan, Indonesia, Tanzania, Vietnam, and more than 10 countries. In 2005, Chinese National Federation carried out the project with the International Labor Organization through three rounds of consultations, officially launched the KAB entrepreneurship education project. KAB venture project tried as a one-year pilot project in China Youth University for Political Sciences, Tsinghua University, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Heilongjiang University, Tianjin Polytechnic University, Beijing Youth College for Political Science during 2006 and 2007 year . China Youth University for Political Sciences as a whole participate project school, it's universal and representative. So I choice this school as a case for a further study. Through the analysis, the following major conclusion is:First, China's colleges and universities entrepreneurship education is still in the early stage. Simply by virtue of KAB entrepreneurship education is not enough, but in the current educational system of colleges and universities, KAB entrepreneurship is a basic education in the supplementary status and did not form a complete entrepreneurship education.Second, students of different disciplines have different ways of thinking and working style. They have different performances and different needs in KAB entrepreneurship education, therefore, should be targeted at different professions features for the students.Third, from my school's situation, the teachers think high for the KAB entrepreneurship students as they were thinking actively, teamwork strong and so on, these are an important manifestation of entrepreneurship. KAB basic education teaches the students to cultivate the entrepreneurial spirit played as important role.Accordingly, I think entrepreneurship education for all students can be implemented through the following five ways:First, the basis for the adoption of KAB entrepreneurship education courses to foster the implementation of the entrepreneurial spirit; second career through the college planning to implement entrepreneurship education to cultivate; three college students through the implementation of extra-curricular activities to foster entrepreneurship; four to employers through Work Experience and Training to conduct training or activities to foster the implementation of the entrepreneurial spirit; five infiltration through the various disciplines of education to foster the implementation of the entrepreneurial spirit.
