A Study Of College Volunteers' Satisfaction In Beijing Olympic Games

Beijing Olympic Games held successful in Beijing,the volunteers were commended for their service.Consider the situation, the writer decides to investigate volunteers' satisfaction,as follows. The first one is how the volunteers' satisfaction? The second one is what factors will influence volunteers' satisfaction? The third one is whether satisfaction will affect volunteers'willingness to keep on attending volunteer service in the future?In methodology, this wirter rely on the 627 investigation questionnaires in 10 colleges in Beijing, while making the ananlysis of interview datas and the analysis of document subsidiary.The result shows that most of volunteers can feel satisfied from volunteer service. The impacts for volunteers' satisfaction are the satisfaction of organization; the satisfaction of the service; the satisfaction of interpersonal relationship. Nevertheless, these three kinds of satisfaction affect the participation volunteer service in the future.
