Innovating The Ideological And Political Work Of Vocational College Students From The Psychological Unblocking

Ideological and political education refers to society or social groups who uses the certain ideas, political point of views, moral standards, and aimed to impose the impact on its members in a planned and organized way, makes them form the social practice activities according with morality demanded by certain society. In a certain sense, ideological and political education is a kind of values education.That the vocational college students who are in the later stage of youth are a high-level group at all kinds of groups, and is also a group that the individual psychology develops largely and the plasticity is the strongest, their intellectual development is in the first position at all stages, active thoughts, strong thirst for knowledge, rich in exploration spirit. But they change rapidly on physiology, ideological understanding is not mature enough, emotional fluctuation is easy to happen., and psychological contradictions and conflicts are in the high-prone period, meanwhile, every student has its own unique attributes and characteristics, nowadays ,ideological and political work emphasizes on common character education, sometimes we are hard to avoid that we can not grasp the individual psychology accurately,even ignore the exists and changes of individual psychology problems,which results in the weakness of the ideological and political education. Therefore, it is necessary that the principles of psychology and laws relating to the use of the ideological and political education work will enhance the ideological and political education of the scientific, predictable and targeted, also will enhance the effectiveness of the work in Higher Vocational Schools.This paper analyzes the characteristics of vocational students of post- the youth and the characteristics of the ideological and political work and the lack of education, learning, interpersonal relationships and love as well as the employment process and the performance of the obstacles encountered of new students in higher vocational colleges, analyzes the causes to solve specific practical problems of students through the methods of Psychological approach of mental health education, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political work.On this basis,encouraging the workers of ideological and political education study and grasp the principles and methods of mental health skillfully, which hope that the workers of ideological and political education can put it into their day-to-day management, following the laws of the students'psychology, development and changes, paying great attention to the communication with students. We should understand, concern and respect the students with correct attitude, and encourage ideological and political work to make a real lifeline to play a role.
