| Credit transfer is an appearing of division and cooperation in high education area all over the world. With the development of lifelong education and global education tendency, credit transfer has developed a lot. According to theory of education strategic alliance, basing on the students focus humanistic education thought in high education management, ensuring students'freedom on learning, will further promote reform and develop in high education management, advance student full development. As we entered in WTO, high school education is geared into international standards in China. There for, broking the fence between colleges, improving a system in credit transfer, which has sufficiently significant to reform our country's higher education with international feature.Among Colleges in Hunan province, the way of school management in credit system has developed and reached to maturity. In order to practice the resources sharing and complementary strengths in education resources among nearby colleges, to produce colleges'overall advantages and school efficiency, meanwhile providing a free study atmosphere to students, to call student's motivation to study and fill their study need according to different personalities, Credit transfer become a new way to strength overall quality-oriented education. With this philosophy, three nearby universities which is Hunan University, Center South University and Hunan Normal University, signed the contract of resources sharing in July, 2003. Three Universities located at the foot of YueLu Mountain, So all the students can have cross-registration and mutual credit recognition. Though the development of this new method in teaching management for years, it has gained a few experience and achievement. Such as to exchange teachers who set up excellent curriculums, in this way, students can choose cross-registration and gain credit among different universities. Having mutual observation learning in teaching experiment, exchanging students to attend the activity of culture quality-oriented education and so on, these activities make a history in curriculum teaching method definitely, improved universities'exchanges and cooperation. However, it exits some problems as well. According to collect some documents on credit transfer and take a empirical interview on students and school managers in the three universities, there has existed following problems: In the exchange curriculum learning, there do not have enough excellent curriculums available for students to choose. It does not get its true sense of exchange teaching activities in cross curriculum registration and gain credits. The student's liquidity among different universities is insufficient. There do not have a specific committee to practice and promote the work of credit transfer and credit recognition, In the activities of credit transfer, universities'three mainstay which is manage, teach and learn, lack of communication; the incentive mechanism among universities are not mature and so on. There are some main reasons causing above problems. Firstly, the organization system of mutual recognition is not perfect yet. Secondly, the managers among different universities lack of effective communication, so operating this credit recognition is not smooth enough. Finally, the incentive mechanism among universities are not mature, it can't promote the mainstay's motivation in learning and teaching efficiently. Comparing with foreign country's ( mainly in Europe and North America) mature system of credit transfer and their practice way, In order to solve this credit recognition problems which appeared in Hunan's colleges, it could use following methods. The managers in high education should establish an idea, which is mutual credit transfer is a significant way to promote school development. Meanwhile, to further set up and improved the manage organization about mutual credit recognition; Be clear about three different mainstay's responsibility in school credit transfer; to build a good credit transfer communication network among universities; to perfect inherence incentive mechanism in credit transfer among Hunan's universities. Further built and developed health interactive way in communication among school affairs'managers, teachers and students. Promote managers'better management, making teachers enjoy teaching and students willing to learn. |
